The University Club Hotel is one of the business units of PT Gama Multi Usaha Mandiri, which manages lodging services (hotels, guesthouses, and homestays) and MICE. It has a strategic location within the Gadjah Mada University campus, established in 1977 under the name Wisma Gadjah Mada, which later became the Gadjah Mada University Club in 2008. The University Club (UC) Hotel, which belongs to Universitas Gadjah Mada, is a 3-star hotel in the UGM campus area. UC UGM offers an academic, respectful, and comfortable campus atmosphere. The hotel supports various activities such as educational conferences, seminars, and exhibitions nationally and internationally. The hotel has 80 rooms: Standard Rooms, Superior Rooms, and Family Rooms. Additionally, there are 10 meeting rooms available with a variety of hall designs supported by multimedia equipment and guaranteed quality and quantity of sound system. The biggest one is Bulaksumur with a capacity of 500 people; Sekip with 200 people; Yustisia with 120 people; Wanagama, Grafika, and Nusantara, each with 60 people; Humaniora with 40 people; and Farmako with 20 people. UC Hotel also has an integrated restaurant, UC Resto, which is perfect for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The restaurant offers a varied menu, including Indonesian cuisine, East Asian cuisine, Chinese cuisine, and modern Western cuisine. While enjoying your meal, you can also enjoy the beautiful garden near the UC Resto.
Pick-up from Yogyakarta International Airport (YIA) to the University Club (UC) Hotel will be provided using SatelQu, which will operate every 3 hours, provided by the Organizing Committee. Transfer for departure from the ibis Hotel to YIA will be provided by the ibis Hotel Shuttle bus.
