In FY2022, two databases, "Meteorological Data Release System" and "Animal Data Release System," were constructed as forest information data release systems (in preparation for release). 　For the meteorological data release system, we constructed a database that enables flexible data acquisition by referring to the interface of the JMA data release site for data already released in the "Experimental Forest" magazine of the Meteorological Monthly Report prepared and published by the Meteorology, Hydrology, and Water Quality Division of the Research Committee for Long-Term Ecosystem Data. In order to store the meteorological monthly report data in an easy-to-use and appropriately structured database, we commissioned a private system development company to design and develop the database with the cooperation of the Center for Information Infrastructure at the University of Tokyo. In designing the database, regular monthly meetings were held to discuss the use of mdx and to examine prototype data schemas.

For the animal data release system, for the automatic camera data created and released by the Research Committee's Long-Term Ecosystem Data Biology Section, we constructed a system that allows video files recorded at survey sites to be uploaded to cloud storage and searched and downloaded along with attribute information (in preparation for release).
